Users simply select their goal (muscle growth, muscle endurance, or strength and endurance), workouts per week (2, 3, or 4), workout length (30 or 60 min.), and equipment access (machines, free weights, or body weight). Then, the EMG Workout Routines Builder conveniently provides a pre-designed workout routine that fits these criteria. These pre-designed workouts make use EMG’s 150+ HD demonstration videos, all of which can be played on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.
